Maison Louis Jadot Pommard
À quoi s'attendre ?
Informations supplémentaires
The commune of Pommard produces exclusively red wines. Its soil is predominantly clay-limestone.
The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes in order to preserve the aromatic bouquet of the fruit. Then, the grapes are also carefully sorted by hand and then destemmed.
The maceration of these grapes takes place in open wooden or stainless steel vats for approximately 3-4 weeks. Twice a day, the vats are punched during fermentation.
Aging lasts 18 months and takes place in barrels, a third of which are new.
