Sans culotte is a wine without added sulphites, the only traces of SO2 are those which form naturally during alcoholic fermentation.
The vinification and aging of this vintage require daily vigilance, which the Men of Vinovalie guarantee. This vintage is the result of the reflection carried out around the Vinosulfite Research & Development program.
The objective? Develop new alternative solutions to the use of sulphites using bio-sourced molecules with antioxidant and antiseptic powers.
The Vinovalie cooperative cellar was created in 2006. It brings together four cellars from the Pays d'Ovalie: the Vignerons de Rabastens and the Cave de Técou (Tarn), the Cave de Fronton (Haute-Garonne), and the Côtes d'Olt (Batch).
470 winegrowers work 3,800 hectares of vines spread over 3 appellations: Gaillac, Fronton and Cahors.
