Languedoc-Roussillon has established itself alongside the great French wine regions.
In around twenty years, this region has progressed, in terms of quality, impressively in the production of its red wines. The Côtes du Roussillon and the hillsides of Languedoc perfectly express the revival of these Mediterranean wines.
Vinification: The harvest is manual, with long vinification in whole bunches of all grape varieties, in steel and concrete vats. Aging is carried out for 12 months in stave oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Aging potential: 10 to 14 years
TASTING
This exceptional vintage can be enjoyed now or you can choose to let it age for a few more years.
We advise you to serve it at around 17°C.
