The Sans Culotte red wine from Vinovalie is an AOP Cahors wine and without added sulphites. It is a fruity and concentrated vintage with powerful aromas of black fruits.

Featuring a beautiful red color , the Sans Culotte wine has a nose revealing aromas of fruits compotes and of cocoa . This ripe wine reveals intense notes of black fruits as the blackberry where the Cassis And spices. His mouth elegant And velvety offers a beautiful persistence aromatic.

Sans culotte is a wine without added sulphites, the only traces of SO2 are those which form naturally during alcoholic fermentation.

The vinification and aging of this vintage require daily vigilance, which the Men of Vinovalie guarantee. This vintage is the result of the reflection carried out around the Vinosulfite Research & Development program.

The objective? Develop new alternative solutions to the use of sulphites using bio-sourced molecules with antioxidant and antiseptic powers.

The Vinovalie cooperative cellar was created in 2006. It brings together four cellars from the Pays d'Ovalie: the Vignerons de Rabastens and the Cave de Técou (Tarn), the Cave de Fronton (Haute-Garonne), and the Côtes d'Olt (Batch).
