This cuvée is produced using traditional vinification, it is marked by a strong aromatic with notes of kirsheed cherries.
GRAPES
Malbec, Syrah, Braucol, Grenache, Négrette, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
Sang-Mêlé has a sumptuous black color and an aromatic intensity marked by aromas of kirsch cherries. The palate is concentrated and fleshy, with ripe grains of tannins. The finish is velvety, of great finesse.
Perfect with duck confit or breast or other meats.
But also on chocolate desserts.
