VINOVALIE TARANI WHITE
À quoi s'attendre ?
Informations supplémentaires
It is best enjoyed when served as an aperitif accompanied by a seafood platter or with white fish.
When tasting, a frank and fruity nose is released, all accompanied by aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. Its mouth is balanced and its finish is lively and fresh.
In 2019, this dry white Tarani received the Gold medal at the Concours général agricole de Paris in 2020 and is protected by the IGP of Tolosan County.
This wine from Vinovalie is marked by a powerful aromatic intensity. A true delicacy, this dry white is even better when drunk chilled.
The Vinovalie cooperative cellar was created in 2006. It brings together four cellars from the Pays d'Ovalie: the Vignerons de Rabastens and the Cave de Técou (Tarn), the Cave de Fronton (Haute-Garonne), and the Côtes d'Olt (Batch).
470 winegrowers work 3,800 hectares of vines spread over 3 appellations: Gaillac, Fronton and Cahors. The grape varieties used are Malbec, Braucol, and Négrette for the reds and rosés, and Loin de L'Oeil and Mauzac for the whites.
