This 100% albariño comes from the Val de Salnés area, known as the cradle of this grape variety. This region concentrates a large number of wine estates and is characterized by granite soil with a strong oceanic influence.
Paco y Lola is a young and modern estate, committed to a different production and vision of wine. They are known around the world for their sophisticated and friendly image.
The grapes used to make Lolo come from the youngest vines on the property. The terroir is sandy, granite and slightly acidic. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C for 21 days.
Made from grapes selected from the best plots of this Bodega. These are grown on sandy, granite and slightly acidic soils.
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C for 21 days, aging on fine lees for 3 months, the wines are stabilized and bottled.
